Welcome!
I'm so glad you're here. As a pharmacist, I am passionate about helping others live healthy lives and believe being healthy is not just about physical well-being. Nurturing our physical, mental, and spiritual health is vital. When we are at our best, we are then able to positively impact those around us.
You might be wondering, what does this have to do with children's books? Although my books are geared toward children, they are based on concepts we all can benefit from.
My debut book, Bax and His Bubbles, offers a method using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help kids foster healthy thinking habits, while my newest book, When Love Flows, helps children understand the power of an encouraging word.
I hope you get a chance to check them out. Join me in empowering kids to make wise choices - in both their thoughts and words!
Bax and His Bubbles
Thoughts can be difficult to navigate at any age. Offering loving guidance to children as they sort through their thoughts empowers them to choose well in what they say and do. Bax and His Bubbles introduces children to a simple method for choosing which thoughts to keep and which to release. It is an inspirational resource for educators and families. This delightfully illustrated story fosters healthy thinking habits, as children enjoy reading it together with grown-ups time and time again.
When Love Flows
The Beauty of Encouraging Others
How can you guide your child to use their words and actions to make a positive impact on the people around them?

From the award-winning author of Bax and His Bubbles, comes an inspiring story of how our encouraging words and thoughtful actions can make a difference in the lives of those around us. Children will be inspired to write simple notes of encouragement and to use their words to build up, help, and be kind in their daily interactions. They’ll know they are not too young to show appreciation and share their love with others.
